Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans may change, but we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment, depending on the nature of the service.
